How to release and process thoughts and emotions that are holding you back:

This is an example Opening Comments from the Akashic Records that the Record Keepers asked me to share with others.  I have permission from my client to do so, and I’m grateful for this allowance.  Thank you, Karen.

The Shaman part of who I am, would like to add that writing down those aspects, beliefs and emotional attachments that no longer serve you be written down on paper and RELEASED by burning it (safely outside) at a Full Moon and New Moon.  This can be a private ceremony where you ask the Universe to accept these aspects you release and repurpose them in a way that is of the highest and best for all.  The next day, empty the ashes in the garden asking Gaia (the energy of Planet Earth) to also repurpose these aspects into the earthly elements to bring new life onto the planet.
